Joe Koller is a learning leader who currently holds the position of Associate Director, Outbound Quality and Training for The RealReal. He oversees the planning, development and implementation for all quality control and learning of Outbound. He administers a SAAS learning management system with localization and mobility, and he has expertise in instructional design; e-learning development; project management; video planning, shooting, and editing; survey development; and compliance training development and administration. He is an engaging father to his son JW, and in his spare time enjoys coaching his son’s baseball and football teams and working with the Conference Committee for the Association for Talent Development (ATD). He brings to WTLT a passion for everything outdoors and a desire to ensure that our beautiful forests, streams, and landmarks are preserved for generations to come.
