Norm Penney is experienced in all aspects of managing a business having been store manager for Lowe”s Companies Inc, and Walgreen drug Company.
He has a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing and management and is also very active in community service activities including local historic preservation and Scouting. He has served as a Trustee previously, and is now returning to the Board.
